For more than 25 years, Dr. McClintock has been a leader and innovator in the management, analysis, design, development and implementation of integrated information systems, focusing on the integration of communications technologies with information and business management systems. As the Principal Consultant/President of Besteq Information Services, LLC, she led the development and implementation of strategic IT programs for numerous offices of the Department of Defense, including the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, the Defense Information Systems Agency, the U.S. Army, U.S Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps and a DOD intelligence agency. Other Federal clients included the Departments of Agriculture, Energy, Transportation and State, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Previously, Dr. McClintock held Senior Technical positions where she designed and managed innovative integrative hardware and software projects for public agencies and private enterprises. She also served as the industry representative to the Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Services. She is a co-inventor on several patents related to satellite and encrypted communications.
Dr. McClintock holds a Doctor of Management degree from the University of Maryland and has taught as an Adjunct Professor of the Information Systems Management and Information Assurance Department, University of Maryland University College. Among her numerous professional certifications are the Program Management Professional (PMP), Information Systems Security Assessment Methodology (IAM) Certification and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Dr. McClintock lived in Berlin for six years while serving in the U.S. Air Force as a Russian language Cryptologic Linguist Specialist. Dr. McClintock also attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California while she was on active duty. She is an active volunteer with several Washington, DC area charities and runs in charity races throughout the Mid-Atlantic area.

Joseph brings over 25 years of product development, 
systems engineering and support services experience to Inflexion.
He has held numerous senior management positions where he consistently delivered on the corporate product vision, strategy and roadmap, and excelled in creating an energetic and motivated team environment. Joseph possesses the unique ability of utilizing his superb leadership skills and melding them with his knowledge and focus in the technical arena.
Joseph is a co-inventor on several patents related to Wireless Messaging, Location and Pre-Paid services.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University and lives in Annapolis Maryland with his wife and three children.
